Once you’ve selected your package, we’ll coordinate your lessons based on your availability and wedding timeline.
Before your first session:
• You’ll receive a personal phone call to help us understand your vision, music preferences, and comfort level
• Feel free to bring a song, video inspiration, or dance ideas you’d like to explore
• Wear shoes you plan to dance in (or similar), and bring a practice dress or outfit that mimics your wedding attire for our included wardrobe rehearsal
• We recommend starting lessons at an ample time before your wedding to allow for plenty of preparation and confidence-building.

Watching them go from their very first steps to confidently performing in front of their guests has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. These moments don’t just stay on the dance floor—they live on in hearts, photos, and cherished memories.
Out of all the ballroom styles we’ve taught—Tango, Salsa, Cha Cha, Waltz, and more—our absolute favorite is teaching wedding dance couples. That’s why we created a studio focused entirely on first dances and bridal party choreography. It’s our passion and our purpose.

Abraham “AVIO” Klein – Co-Founder & Choreographer
Abraham “AVIO” Klein is a former U.S. champion ballroom dancer whose competitive career spanned from 1990 to 2002, earning numerous titles and trophies across the nation. His proudest achievement was placing 12th in the world in the prestigious Ballroom Cabaret Division at the World Championships in England.
A true artist, Avio’s passion extends beyond dance. He is a seasoned musician, songwriter, and performer, having written over 100 original songs across genres such as ballads, pop, country, and bachata. His belief that music is the heartbeat of dance has guided both his choreography and his compositions.
Throughout his career, Avio has opened and operated several ballroom dance studios, training dancers of all ages and backgrounds. In the past decade, his focus has turned toward one of the most meaningful expressions of dance—choreographing first wedding dances. He developed a unique wedding dance curriculum tailored for couples of all ages, backgrounds, and musical preferences. His choreography blends elegance, musicality, and emotion—earning the trust and admiration of hundreds of wedding couples.

THE OWNERS OF
CLEVELAND VOWS IN MOTION
Kimberly Ocampo “KIMIO” – Co-Founder & Dance Artist
Kimberly Ocampo, born and raised in New Jersey by her Colombian dancer parents, brings a lifetime of rhythm, movement, and heartfelt artistry to Cleveland Vows in Motion. Her diverse training includes salsa, cumbia, bachata, merengue, ballroom, hip hop, belly dance, and contemporary—reflecting a vibrant passion that began in childhood and grew through high school and college. She began teaching, choreographing, and competing professionally at just 17 years old.
Her journey led her from the stages of New Jersey and Miami—where she was featured in Pitbull and Ne-Yo’s Time of Our Lives music video—to a life-changing accident in 2015. Despite the impact of paralysis and other disabilities, Kimberly’s dedication to dance never dimmed. She became an honorary Miami Heat dancer, trained with AXIS Dance Company in California, performed with Revolution Dance in Tampa, and placed 8th worldwide in the 2020 Paralympic DanceSport competition.
A motivational speaker, choreographer, and artist at heart, Kimberly blends resilience with creativity in everything she does. Whether she’s painting, singing, or helping couples craft their perfect first dance, her mission is to bring joy, confidence, and beauty to others through the power of the arts.
Now based in Cleveland, she’s proud to co-lead Cleveland Vows in Motion, using her experience and heart to help couples turn their love into lasting memories on the dance floor.
